Hypoallergenic Chocolate Chips

After being tested for dairy contamination by the University of Nebraska’s Food Allergy Department, Enjoy Life Foods, Chicago, IL, has added allergen-free chocolate chips to its line of products. The chocolate chips, which are meant for baking or eating straight from the bag, are dairy and soy-free and are made in a gluten and nut-free facility. In addition, the chips are made with all-natural ingredients and contain no artificial flavors, preservatives or GMOs. The semi-sweet chocolate chips contain only sugar, chocolate liquor and non-dairy cocoa butter.
